NeoSpeech Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use NeoSpeech

To use NeoSpeech, you must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal digital age in your region. If you're using NeoSpeech on behalf of a company or organization, you must have legal authority to accept these Terms for that entity. NeoSpeech may suspend or remove accounts if we suspect age violations or unauthorized use.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for your account security. Keep your login credentials safe and never share them. You agree to notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity. We may ask for identity verification before restoring access or modifying your account.

Important: Our iOS mobile application is separate from the web application and requires you to create a new account to access the service. Accounts are not shared between platforms.

3. Fair Use Guidelines

NeoSpeech is designed for ethical and productive use. We want our platform to be a positive force that helps people create valuable content, improve accessibility, and enhance communication. You may not:

• Generate harmful or illegal content: Use NeoSpeech to create content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, illegal activities, or could cause harm to individuals or groups.
• Impersonate or deceive: Create voices that impersonate real people without their consent, mislead audiences about the artificial nature of the content, or distribute false information.
• Violate intellectual property: Upload or use copyrighted material, trademarked content, or proprietary information without proper rights, licenses, or permissions from the copyright holders.
• Abuse our systems: Reverse-engineer our technology, attempt to extract our voice models, overload our servers, or use automated tools to circumvent usage limits.
• Spam or harass: Use our platform to send unsolicited communications, create content for harassment purposes, or generate bulk content for spam campaigns.
• Adult or inappropriate content: Generate sexually explicit content, violent material, or content that would be inappropriate for general audiences.

We encourage responsible use of AI-generated voices. When sharing content created with NeoSpeech, we recommend being transparent about the use of artificial intelligence, especially in professional or public contexts.

Accounts that violate these guidelines may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe these terms have been violated.

4. Plans and Payments

NeoSpeech offers both free and paid plans. When you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the terms shown during checkout including the billing cycle, price, and included features. Payments are processed securely and charged in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly).

All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. If pricing changes in the future, we will provide prior notice so you can make informed decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, voice models, and software used in NeoSpeech are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reuse, or modify these assets without written permission. However, you own all input and output data you submit and generate through your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or produce using NeoSpeech complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Service Changes

We continually refine and enhance NeoSpeech. This means that some features may be added, modified, or removed over time. We strive for high reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or permanent access to all services.

7. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell your data.

8. Termination

You may stop using NeoSpeech at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in harmful activity.

9. Usage and Credits

Each plan includes specific limits for Text-to-Speech (TTS) usage calculated by the number of characters processed. Monthly subscribers have their usage reset based on their subscription start date. Free and yearly plans reset on the 1st day of each month.

Users can upgrade or downgrade plans via the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is also immediate. However, no refunds are issued for unused time or credits remaining in the higher plan.

10. Disclaimer

NeoSpeech is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. When changes are made, the Effective Date will be updated. Continued use of NeoSpeech means you accept the updated Terms.
